Step 1: The Base Trade-In (1-to-1 Exchange)

Trade-in offer is on a one-to-one basis; ONE used water bottle, container or cookware is valid for ONE BROS water bottle or food container / ONE FORGEO cookware trade in purchase only.

Bring ANY old bottle, container, or piece of cookware, regardless of brand, material, or condition, to receive an instant discount:

    • 40% OFF Selected BROS Products.
    • 30% OFF FORGEO Cookware & BROS Containers.
    • 20% OFF BROS Newest Bottle Series.

Note: Disposable or one-time-use items are not accepted.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
  • Duration: The trade-in program is valid from 22nd May - 1st June 2026.
  • Location: Exclusively at the Cheras Leisure Mall LG Concourse.
  • Customers may exchange old or used reusable water bottles, food containers, or cookware for new BROS or FORGEO products at a special trade-in rate.
  • We accept Any brand, material (e.g., plastic, stainless steel, glass, or ceramic), and size for eligible bottles, containers, and cookware.
  • Old/Used Cookware Defined: Refers specifically to vessels used for food preparation on a stovetop or in an oven, such as frying pans, saucepans, stock pots, woks, and roasting pans.
  • Old/Used Water Bottles & Containers Defined: Refers to any reusable hydration or food storage vessel intended for long-term use, regardless of physical state (worn-out, stained, or scratched).
  • The following items are strictly excluded from the program:
    • Single-Use Items: PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) & disposable plastic water bottles, one-time-use takeaway food containers, and flimsy plastic packaging.
    • Non-Food/Beverage Vessels: Alcohol bottles, chemical/detergent containers, and non-culinary storage units.
    • Kitchen Utensils: Individual tools such as spatulas, knives, or ladles do not qualify as "cookware".
  • Living Wing Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights, at its sole discretion to reject water bottle(s) , container(s) or cookware(s) if deemed unacceptable.
  • Trade-in offer is applicable for selected items only and not valid with any other offer or promotions unless stated otherwise.
  • All trade-in offers or any products purchased are not returnable, refundable, nor exchangeable.
  • All traded in used water bottles, containers or cookware are non-returnable.
