- The trade-in program is valid from 20th Nov onwards, while stocks last.
- Customers are entitled to exchange old/used reusable water bottle(s) or food container(s) for BROS product(s) with a special trade-in offer.
- Any reusable water bottle/container of any material, size, and brand can be traded in, EXCEPT for single-use, PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) & disposable plastic water bottle(s)/container(s), alcohol bottle(s), and non-beverage bottle(s).
- Trade-in offer is on a one-to-one basis; ONE used water bottle or container is valid for ONE BROS water bottle or food container trade-in purchase only.
- Living Wing Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights, at its sole discretion to reject water bottle(s) or container(s) if deemed unacceptable.
- Trade-in offer is applicable for selected items only and not valid with any other offer or promotions unless stated otherwise.
- All trade-in offers or any products purchased are not returnable, refundable, nor exchangeable.
- All traded-in used water bottles or containers are non-returnable.
