What is the warranty period for BROS plastic bottles?
BROS plastic bottles are covered by a lifetime warranty.
What does the lifetime warranty cover for plastic bottles?
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and leaking caps.
Are there any exclusions to the warranty for plastic bottles?
Yes, the warranty does not cover:
  i. Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear, such as cracks, major scratches, or dents.
  ii. Damages from misuse, such as broken or dropped bottles.
  iii. Failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  iv. Exposure to microwaves or melting.
Is delivery damage included in the warranty?
Yes, but claims must be made within 3 days from the purchase date (as dated on the
receipt).
Is the warranty for BROS plastic bottles still applicable after End-of-Life (EOL)?
No. However, each case will be evaluated individually. The list of products will be
updated accordingly on the End-of-Life (EOL) policy page.
Are there any other products covered by the lifetime warranty?
Currently, the only products that offer a lifetime warranty are plastic bottles. Stainless steel bottles come with a 2-year warranty, while other products, such as food containers and accessories, are covered by a 1-year warranty.

What does the 2-year warranty cover for stainless-steel bottles?
The 2-year warranty covers defects in temperature retention and internal rust in
the product.
Are there any exclusions to the warranty for stainless-steel bottles?
Yes, similar to plastic bottles, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear, such as cracks, major scratches, or dents, nor does it cover damages from misuse such as broken or dropped products.
